Pre-contractual information

The PRIIPs (packaged retail and insurance-based investment products) regulation aims to standardise pre-contractual information through the provision of a key information document (KID) to the client, mainly indicating the risks that the product presents and the performance that the client can expect. The Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) requires financial market players to publish sustainability information.

The aim is to provide greater transparency on the extra-financial approaches adopted by asset management companies. Within this framework, ALM GA publishes its policies on sustainability risks and the main negative impacts.
